Abstract -
With the rapid development of deep learning, the accuracy of object detection is dramatically increased. Image annotation becomes more important in Content-based Image Retrieval. In addition, different kinds of image hashing are developed. The image can be represented by a series of numbers, also known as hash. The hash can be used to obtain the similarity for image retrieval. The traditional visual feature vectors, such as shape descriptor, can also be used in image retrieval. This kind of information can be stored in a system as indexing for fast retrieval. Similar to relational database system, indexing plays an important role to speed up data retrieval. Therefore, database system needs to apply indexing in order to achieve fast retrieval. Storing multimedia, such as image or PDF, is different from relational database system. This article advocates a robust approach that there is no limitation to apply some of algorithms for indexing. The proposed architecture can be extended to add any algorithm in order to achieve fast retrieval. In addition, the system design is considered to be used in internet environment. It can be easily integrated with the internet-based systems.

Abstract -
This study aims to determine how much influence does the variables of usability, the information quality, and the interaction service quality on the satisfaction of depok.go.id website users partially and simultaneously. Data collection tools used in this study are questionnaires and secondary data. The subjects in this study are 100 people who are visitors on depok.go.id website. In this study, the quality of depok.go.id website is measured using WebQual 4.0 method. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used in this study is simple regression and multiple regression analysis. The results show that the variables of usability and the information quality partially influences with the influence of 67.5% and 37.5%, while the interaction services quality have no effect. Simultaneously, the three variables influence the satisfaction of website users with a large influence of 70.35.

Abstract -
This study aims to determine how the relationship between the level of satisfaction with the incentives received by secretarial employees with work ethic and the quality of the delivery of information in the Depok City DPRD office. Data collection tools in this study used questionnaires and secondary data. The subjects in this study were 49 people who were all secretarial employees of the Depok City DPRD office. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used in this study is statistical analysis techniques. In the study found the level of satisfaction with incentives, employee work ethic, as well as the quality of the delivery of information in the DPRD depok office is at a moderate level. There is a significant relationship between the level of satisfaction with incentives with the work ethic of the Secretariat of the DPRD Depok city. There is no significant relationship between the level of satisfaction with incentives and the quality of information delivery at the Secretariat of the Depok City DPRD office.

Abstract -
Application software which are developed by software companies around the world have clients who demand more from the companies which can be new features developed, bugs fixed, improvements made etc., Continuous integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) help deliver these to the clients in more reliable and faster way. It also helps the developers in testing their new features as soon as they build them using Continuous Integration. Deploying the components of the application in Production using Continuous Deployment, this way the new release of the application reaches the client faster than the ones who don’t implement CICD. Continuous Security makes sure that the application is less prone to vulnerabilities by doing static scans on code and dynamic scans on the deployed releases. The goal of this study is to identify the benefits of adapting the Continuous Integration – Continuous Security – Continuous Deployment in Application Software. The CI – CS – CD process is implemented on a web application ClubSoc which is a Club Management Application which the author developed. The results have shown by adapting this methodology the author is able improve the quality of the code, finding vulnerabilities using static scans, portability and saving time by automation in deployment of applications using Docker and Jenkins.

Abstract -
In this paper, a model or solution is presented towards the main issue and problems of vehicle parking in places as the resources such as vehicles have been popular among the people along with its usage. Due to the population, several resources, technologies, and entities are on its peak from which vehicles are more in common for day to day activity. People face the problem in order to find an appropriate place while they are parking their vehicles in places where they go, visit, and enjoy. This paper is presenting a solution towards this issue by using the emerging technique Mobile Phones using the platform of Android so the system can be automated eco-friendly and efficiently used by the end-users.
