Abstract - Tax is a contribution from people to the state that must be done either as an individual or an organization. Use of information technology on the taxation system in Indonesia one of them is an electronic tax reporting system called E-Filing. E-Filing information system is a system for submitting electronic notification letters. This system is online and real time that can be access via internet on Directorate General of Tax website. The research aims to analyze benefits for users that using E-Filing information system Directorate General of Taxation. This analysis will use HOT Fit method which has an important component consisting of Human, Organization, Technology and relationship suitability as a determinant of success using an information system (Net Benefit). Data collection will use a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique will use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the data analyzed using the SmartPLS 3 application. |

Abstract - There is an undeniable global shortage of skillful nurses. This is a problem of high priority, which is correlated to workforce management issues. These issues can be palliated by increasing nurses satisfaction based on flexible rosters using automated nurse rostering. This paper in concerned with nurse rostering based on constraint programming by satisfying global constraints, such as REGULAR, which is powerful but requires devising automata of acceptable states. It was proven that REGULAR is reformulatable to SLIDE. En route to reformulate a REGULAR-based into SLIDE-based solution to nurse rostering, and through elaboration of Minizinc implementation, the author of this paper proposes a couple of metaphors namely the gamut and time arrow to model the nurse rostering. A gamut is a whole-subset of objects, such as within a given color-space or by an output device. The time arrow may refer to the direction of time as comprehended in physics. The paper in hand elucidates the new formulation based on these two metaphors, and presents implementation in Minizinc. |

Abstract - The purpose of this study was to measure the maturity of the application development process in a finance company using CMMI For Development V 1.3, analyse and identify things that need to be considered by the organisation to improve the application development process. The method used in this study is qualitative by defining problems, collecting data by observation, interviews, and documentation studies and then analysing the process areas within the organisation with CMMI standards. The result of this measurement is the maturity level of the application development process in the organisation and process areas that require improvement. The conclusion shows the level of maturity for the organisation is level 1 because there are several specific objectives in the process area that have not been fulfilled so that it requires commitment from management and all stakeholders in the improvement process (LAS). |

Abstract - PT. Kereta Api Indonesia always strives to provide the best services to meet the needs of the passengers. Thus, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia provides website services that can be accessed by users. WEBQEM is a website evaluation method used to know the quality of a website based on the rating by users. The WEBQEM method assesses the characteristics of Usability, Functionality, Reliability, and Efficiency. The evaluation of the quality of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia website is expected to generate additional insights for the relevant parties working on the development of the website. Based on the research findings, one of the aspects that needs to be improved is that there is inconsistency on the website of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia when it is used. The users did not agree that those who occasionally use PT. Kereta Api Indonesia website would like it. This is obtained from of usability analysis. |
