Design and Implementing an Efficient Expert Assistance System for Car Evaluation via Fuzzy Logic Controller

Abstract -
Applications of experts Assistance Systems for Car Evaluation are continuously being implemented to serve different sectors. Car evaluation has been considered as a significant segment in the logistic handling. Thus, a proper choosing of Car evaluation plays a considerable part in order to ameliorate the economic interests and suitability of logistics projects. In this paper, The Expert System (ES) is one of the most important Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques that have been adopted to handle with Car Evaluation task. This paper presents the role of ES in developing car evaluation, detection model and the requirements of constructing successful Knowledge-Based Systems (KBS) for such model. In addition, it exhibits the adaptation of the ES in the development of Car evaluation Assistance System via Fuzzy logic (CEASFL). However, CEASFL development faces including many challenges such as collecting the required data for building the knowledge base and performing the inferencing. Furthermore, determine of car evaluation requires skills and experienced mechanics to get a good car. Thus, systems such as CEASFL can be highly useful in assisting mechanics for car evaluation detection and training purposes.

Abstract -
In this article, the main problems of data acquisition and processing in the automated monitoring systems were solved. We consider the circumstances of uncertain quantitative and qualitative structure and spatial instability of information sources. New methods and framework for monitoring system designing were presented. In difference to existing solutions, our approaches take into account the spatial-temporal instability of the primary data sources. Proposed methods have been successfully tested during the operation and creation of telecommunication components on the national scale. Simulation results showed the ability of our monitoring system to effectively operate in conditions of spatial and temporal instability of data sources and environmental conditions. Simulations were conducted in the conditions of variable number of members, motion parameters and spatial distribution of information sources. A set of intelligent measuring devices for our proposed monitoring system also has been developed.

Abstract -
Internet is the primary computer miracles among computer users because of viruses separation in all communication devices, and some of these viruses will lead to creating some problems in computer hardware and software. Thus, hackers will have lots of opportunities to hack users tools. This research is provided a new approach to securing clients IP address at the time they connected to the internet. This operation will be done by using new encryption techniques in three stages. Similarly, the same procedures of encryption will be established for data that will be transferred over the network between clients. Thus, intruders and hackers may get obstacles to get the real data and IP address that are the central point for hacking.

The art of fast web: Increasing Database Performance for RESTful Applications

Abstract -
Using web based applications has increased considerably in recent years and is becoming the main way to use information services. Although emerging technologies, speed of a RESTful system has vulnerabilities and most often it is the database. This article traces and analyzes the best practices to increase efficiency in working with a database, and proposes a method that allows synchronized data caching.
