Abstract -
A millions of the documents are available free and online. These documents must be first organized systematically for its proper utilization to make a decision from it. There are a lot of applications that help in organizing the documents. Text classification is deal with how the document belongs to its suitable class or category. Arabic language is richness and a very complex inflectional language which makes ordinary analysis a very complex task. This paper focuses on the published research in the field of Arabic text classification and presents a scientific view about the process of it and camper the evaluation of text classification techniques that were used.

Linear Quadratic Regulator controller for Magnetic Levitation System

Abstract -
This paper explains Magnetic Levitation system of a train which comprises of guidance track made with magnets. The main objective is to design a proper controller that can suspend and propelled the train on a guidance track made with magnets. To perform the desired task state space model of Magnetic Levitation system is derived. The response of the system is simulated in MATLAB. The open loop response showed that the derived model is unstable. Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) controller is designed to analyze the system in closed loop. The controller showed improved performance for different tracks. Different types of realization techniques (minimal realization, balanced realization, modal realization, observer canonical realization) are compared for minimum fragility in controller implementation. The difference among the different realization controllers has been analyzed in detail for rounding off error or truncation error and an optimal non fragile controller design has been presented. Different disturbances were imposed upon the simulated model. All the results are analyzed in open and closed loops. The closed loop response showed that the train is suspend and propelled on the track and the desired results were achieved successfully..

SOA Quality Management Subsystem on the Basis of Load Balancing Method Using Fuzzy Sets

Abstract -
SOA quality management subsystem on the basis of load balancing method using fuzzy sets with real traffic flows on an experimental testbed has been proposed. The model of the network that is under investigation has been built. This model allows to verify functioning of prognostic traffic engineering system with evaluation of QoS parameters when deploying MPQ. In this paper the model of cloud services that is based on adaptation of the logical structure in cloud systems during migration of virtual machines has been proposed. Here, the stability of the structure in the service plane taking into account physical hardware and server resources has been assessed and overall delay of the service in the cloud system has been decreased. The modified method to numerically measure the image QoE of IPTV service by using the QoS parameters measured in the network layer and the QoS/QoE correlation analysis results on the basis of load balancing method using fuzzy sets has been created.

Proposed a Structured Framework for Enhancing Software Projects Quality

Abstract -
Although there are large numbers of software quality models are applied, there are still serious problems in the production of the software industry which leads to an increase in cost and time required producing software. Therefore, it is necessary to have a new approach to measure software product quality. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9126) that uses to evaluate the software quality model defines the standard of software quality that defines six characters is divided into twenty-one sub-character. This study is attempted to insure that the success of applied integrated model in software product by measuring software product by ISO 9126 software quality model. Accordingly and based on the research findings, the study found out that the integrated model still need some improvement to be measured by the order are privacy accordance with the requirement of ISO standard.
